SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description: NXT Standard may send service-related text messages regarding requested consultations, inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, and service-related notifications when the recipient has provided affirmative opt-in consent.
Marketing Communications: Where separately and affirmatively authorized, marketing messages may include product updates, special offers, promotions, and relevant platform services. Consent to marketing messages is never required as a condition of purchasing or inquiring about our services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, scheduled appointments, and interaction cadence.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further text messages. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, software, or services provided by NXT Standard ("NXT Standard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access our platform.
2. Platform & Service Description
NXT Standard provides connected digital business tools, including websites, customer relationship management (CRM), appointment scheduling, workflow automation, and communication interfaces. Specific feature inclusions and limits depend on the applicable subscription tier.
3. Subscription & Billing Parameters
Confirmed subscription prices are displayed on our Pricing page: NXT Start ($199/mo or $1,990/yr), NXT Grow ($279/mo or $2,790/yr), and NXT Scale ($319/mo or $3,190/yr). Annual subscriptions are billed annually upfront. Usage-based telecom fees, carrier registration fees, and optional add-on rates will be confirmed prior to checkout activation.
4. Acceptable Usage & Account Responsibilities
You agree to use NXT Standard solely for lawful commercial operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and ensuring that your contact lists and messaging programs comply with all applicable telemarketing and privacy regulations (including TCPA and CTIA guidelines).
5. Intellectual Property
All platform interfaces, proprietary software, design patterns, brand marks, and content provided by NXT Standard remain the exclusive intellectual property of NXT Standard. You retain ownership of your customer data and uploaded content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Subject to legal review: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NXT Standard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
7. Updates & Inquiries
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
